Job Description of Personnel Records Specialist

Other Job Title:  HR Inspector
Reports to:  HR Manager / Staff Manager
Supervises:  No
Key Objectives:  To maintain effective staff management
Objects:  To carry on all the staff paperwork of the company
Function:  
  • Accepting for employments, displacements, discharge paperwork according to labor legislation, regulatory and orders of the management;
  • To form, to carry on and to correct personal files according to labor activity;
  • Filling in, registration and storage of personal records;
  • Registration of personal data of companies personnel;
  • Registration of holiday, compensatory leave, disability certificate allotment;
  • Preparing and timely correcting of the schedule, according to organizational structure of the company;
  • Preparation of job time control;
  • Communicating with social insurance agencies and pension foundation.
Qualifications:  
  • Higher education;
  • PC-literate;
  • Excellent communicational skills;
  • Accuracy and punctuality.
