Job Description of Training and Development Specialist

Other Job Title:  Training & Development Analyst / Technical Trainer
Reports to:  Training & Development Manager / HR Manager
Supervises:  No
Key Objectives:  Making higher professional knowledge, abilities level of stuff according to the strategy of the company
Objects:  
  • Realization of educational programs for employees and introduction of developing programs for stuff;
  • Investigation of increasing quality of education plans.
Function:  
  • Appraisement off stuff necessity of the company according to its strategy;
  • Working up of quarterly plan and budget of stuff teaching;
  • Drawing up the budget of teaching projects and control of its realization;
  • Providing of teaching conditions;
  • Continuous teaching programs stimulation;
  • Communicating with companies, which provide educational services;
  • Reception and analyze of responses about training;
  • Estimation (with heads of departments) a learning efficiency;
  • Participation in certification of personnel;
Qualifications:  
  • Experience in organization of training center;
  • Experience in administrative work;
  • Experience in development of methodical programs;
  • Skills in personnel certification;
